1. No Return or Refund Policy

1.1. Gamster does not offer returns or refunds for purchased gaming chairs.

1.2. All gaming chairs undergo rigorous testing before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards and specifications.

1.3. We encourage customers to thoroughly review product descriptions, specifications, and images before making a purchase decision.

2. Spare Part Support

2.1. In the event that a spare part is needed for your Gamster gaming chair, we provide comprehensive spare part support.

2.3. We strive to fulfill spare part orders within 7 to 21 days, subject to availability and shipping constraints.

2.4. Replacement parts may include but are not limited to wheels, armrests, cushions, and other components necessary for the proper functioning of the gaming chair.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

3.1. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately upon receipt with in 24Hrs at with photographic proofs.

3.2. We may require photographic evidence of the defect or damage to facilitate the resolution process.

3.3. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance, which may include spare part replacement or repair.

4. Warranty

4.1 Gamster shall at all times attempt to service the product under the Warranty period. This warranty covers all mobile and serviceable parts. The resolution to repair/replace any part of the product will be at the sole discretion of Gamster Ergonomics based on the report conforming by the company’s customer care representative.

4.2 Gamster warranty service enables you to service your own Product. For defects in product parts, which are covered under warranty, we will ship the replacement parts to you free of charge and provide you with the necessary installation or assembly instructions. You may replace the parts by yourself or through a third party, but we won't be responsible for any labour costs incurred for the replacement.

4.3 For any parts, which are not covered under Limited warranty, the customer can purchase the same at a reasonable cost subject to availability of the spare part in stock. Gamster is not liable to maintain stocks for parts not covered under warranty.

4.4 Gamster Warranty applies to the original purchaser and any heir or assignee. However, an heir or assignee can benefit from this Warranty only by presenting the original order number to Gamster. The warranty period starts from the delivery date to the original purchaser and won’t be extended as a result of the transfer.

What does our LIMITED warranty cover?

All the functional component of the products is covered under the limited warranty policy of Gamster.

The functional parts of the chairs are specified below:

  3. Base Stand and wheels
  4. Armrest
  1. Warranty does NOT include following:

Appearance or any damage to the product resulting from normal wear and tear in the natural course of product usage given its aging, nature, function, composition as well as damage due to usage of the product beyond its intended use.

Scratches, dents, wrinkles, colour-fading, weaning/beading of fabric/leather, compression of foam including other changes developed due to normal wear and tear of the products during the usage.

Any damage to the product resulting from improper installation or assembly arranged by the customer not in consideration with Gamster, improper maintenance, misuse or use not in compliance with the intended use, modifications or repairs, discolouration.
